The Greenport Farmers' Market operates on a small budget that must finance an array of operating expenses that include venue fees, insurance, permits, licenses, signage, marketing, promotions, a part-time market manager and more. The Greenport Farmers' Market is a non-profit organization and does not receive a percentage of vendor sales. It is important to us to keep our vendor fees low so we may help support the local economy, protect the environment, and encourage the growth of our local farmers.
